Gather together in our cosy bar area for an afternoon of relaxing candle making, guided by Di from Wild Harvest School. This workshop is without the need for electric, or heat, using pure beeswax beekeeper foundations sheets.
You can create either; a pack of three tall dinner candles, 6 smaller ones or two short chunky pillar style candles. Once you have made your candles, you will then package them up with twine, ribbon and vintage style luggage labels stamped with your choice of design, finished off with a seasonal sprig of flowers gathered from outdoors.
During the workshop, Di will dish out wonderful beeswax facts and educate you on ‘what’s in a candle’ and natural alternatives. Did you know a mop head can be turned into hundreds of candle wicks? Di will empower you to create your own light in the dark using some unusual household finds too! Ticket includes candle making workshop and all materials needed.
